1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all activities, events and services organised or offered by the Fecir Youth Foundation (hereinafter “the Foundation”).
1.2 The terms and conditions apply to all visitors and donors to the Foundation.
2.1 The Foundation organises activities aimed at education, youth development, religious and civic engagement.
2.2 Participation in activities is voluntary unless otherwise indicated.
3.1 The Foundation has both members and donors.
3.2 Membership and donations are voluntary and without obligation.
3.3 Termination of membership or donorship can be notified to the board at any time.
4.1 The Foundation's facilities are accessible to visitors and members within the context of organised activities.
4.2 Visitors should abide by the house rules in line with the norms and values of Islam.
4.3 Alcohol, drugs and inappropriate behaviour will not be allowed.
5.1 The Foundation organises events and courses independently.
5.2 Third parties are not entitled to independently organise activities in the name of the Foundation or in the Foundation's facilities.
6.1 The Foundation is not liable for loss, theft or damage to visitors' personal property.
6.2 Damage caused by visitors to Foundation property must be compensated by the visitor(s) concerned.
7.1 Visitors should behave in accordance with respect, safety and religious norms.
7.2 If the house rules are violated, the Foundation reserves the right to deny visitors access or terminate membership.
8.1 The Foundation collects personal data of members and donors for administrative purposes only.
8.2 These data are carefully and securely stored in the Foundation's internal database.
8.3 For further details, please refer to the Foundation's separate privacy statement (in preparation).
9.1 These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Rotterdam.
9.3 These terms and conditions shall come into force on 1 October 2025.
